Amarilla por fuera, blanca por dentro, y con ella los monos se alimentan contentos.

Dulce por naturaleza, blanca o morena, endulzo la vida sin causar pena. Soy grano, no arena, y con solo un toque, los postres me adoran como a un buen enfoque.

Larga y anaranjada, crece bajo tierra, y con los conejos hace buena guerra.

Verde y de hojas, en ensaladas me verás, con tomate y aceite me disfrutarás.

Del trópico llego, soy áspera al tacto, mi corona me distingue, y en jugos soy un impacto.

Parezco un árbol en miniatura, verde y saludable criatura. Muchos niños me rechazan, pero en la cocina me abrazan.

Pequeño y blanco, sin ser sal ni nieve, en cada cocina, mi ausencia se duele. De oriente provengo, humilde y sincero, acompaño platos con arte y esmero.

Blanco como la nieve, suave como el algodón, nace de la leche y vive en refrigeración. Me comes con fruta o con cereal, soy ácido y dulce, todo a la vez, sin igual.

De leche he nacido tras cuajo y reposar, con moho o sin él, siempre me quieren probar. En tabla, en pizza, o con buen vino, me derrito o me mantengo fino.

Vengo del agua, no tengo patas, nado en silencio con escamas y plata. En sartén o en horno me puedes cocinar, y a muchos mi sabor suele encantar.
