I cover your head when it’s freezing cold, I’m soft and warm and never bold.

I have two long legs but never walk. I go with shirts — that’s fashion talk!

I keep you warm when winds do blow. With buttons or a zip, I go.

I have short sleeves, I’m easy to wear. You wear me in summer, I’m light as air.

You wear me on your feet all day, At school, at work, or when you play.

I’m one piece from top to knees, I swing and flow when there’s a breeze. Girls wear me when they go out — What am I? There’s no doubt.

Women wear me With skirts or pants, I look quite neat. In summer or spring, I’m a treat!

I have a collar, buttons, too. Boys and girls both wear me, it’s true. Sometimes with sleeves, sometimes not — You’ll wear me when it’s not too hot.
