About this activity
The past continuous is used to talk about actions that were happening at a specific moment in the past. In English, it is formed with the verb “was” or “were” + a verb ending in -ing. In Spanish, it is formed with the verb “estar” in the past + a verb in the gerund form (-ando, -iendo).
