About this activity
Los animales se pueden clasificar en dos grandes grupos según tengan o no columna vertebral. Los animales vertebrados son aquellos que poseen una columna vertebral y un esqueleto interno, como los mamíferos, aves, reptiles, anfibios y peces. En cambio, los animales invertebrados no tienen columna vertebral ni esqueleto interno; incluyen a los insectos, moluscos, arácnidos, y otros grupos variados. Esta clasificación es fundamental para entender las diferencias en la estructura, funcionamiento y forma de vida de los animales.
