About this activity

It’s been some time now since we launched the Selling Ceremony in our boutiques in France.
It allows us to offer each client a unique, consistent, and memorable experience from the very first seconds.

If tomorrow you had to go into a boutique...
What would be the very first sentence you would say to a client during the greeting phase?
This is the first thing they will hear upon entering.

Then, what is the first question you would ask them during the welcoming phase, to understand why they came today?
This question will allow you to start a real conversation and tailor the experience to their needs.

This game is entirely based on the Selling Ceremony, and it’s designed to prepare you to join the boutique teams with confidence and impact.
