¿Qué son las lipoproteínas?

Las lipoproteínas son complejos de lípidos y proteínas que transportan grasas, como el colesterol y los triglicéridos, por el torrente sanguíneo. Se clasifican según su densidad: cuanto más proteína tienen, mayor su densidad.

IDL / LDL El colesterol “malo”
