Ce este Microsoft Word?

Microsoft Word este un program de scris și editat documente.

Practic, îți permite să scrii teme, eseuri, scrisori sau orice altceva și să le formatezi cum vrei.

Poți să adaugi și poze sau tabele, iar la final îți salvezi documentul ca să-l poți trimite sau tipări.

Cum deschizi Microsoft Word?


Dacă folosești un calculator cu Windows, dă click pe start (micul cerc din colțul din stânga jos) și caută „Word”. Apasă pe aplicație și se va deschide.

Cum arată Microsoft Word?

Când deschizi Word, o să vezi câteva lucruri importante:


Bara de sus (meniu): Aici găsești toate opțiunile pentru a salva, tipări sau edita documentul. De exemplu, ai un buton numit „File” unde poți salva sau deschide documente.


Zona de lucru: Aici scrii textul. Este ca o „foaie de hârtie” unde adaugi tot ce vrei. Tot ce scrii o să apară aici.


Bara de instrumente: Sus, vei vedea butoane pentru a face textul îngroșat (Bold), înclinat (Italic), sau sublineat (Underline). Aici poți să îți schimbi fontul (stilul literei) și dimensiunea textului.


Bara de stare (jos): Aici îți arată câte pagini ai și câte cuvinte ai scris.

Cum să lucrezi cu Microsoft Word

1. Deschide un document nou

Când deschizi Microsoft Word, vei vedea o opțiune pentru „Document gol” sau „Blank Document”. Apasă pe asta pentru a începe un document nou.


2. Scrie ceva simplu

După ce ai deschis documentul, scrie câteva fraze.

De exemplu: „Salut! Acesta este primul meu document în Word.”

3. Salvează documentul

  • Dacă vrei să păstrezi ce ai scris, apasă pe „File” (în colțul din stânga sus).
  • Alege „Save As” (Salvează ca) pentru a alege unde vrei să salvezi documentul.
  • Scrie un nume pentru document (de exemplu, „Tema mea”) și apasă „Save” (Salvează).


4. Modifică textul

  • Dacă vrei să îngroși un cuvânt, selectează-l cu mouse-ul și apasă pe butonul „B” din bara de sus.
  • Dacă vrei să faci textul înclinat (italic), apasă pe „I”.
  • Dacă vrei să-l subliniezi, apasă pe „U”.


5. Închide documentul

  • Când ai terminat, apasă pe „File” și apoi „Close” (Închide). Dacă nu ai salvat documentul, Word îți va cere să-l salvezi.
