Introducción a PowerPoint

Esta guía enseña a crear presentaciones efectivas en PowerPoint, desde la estructura hasta el uso responsable de imágenes y animaciones.

Planificación

Antes de abrir PowerPoint, define objetivo, público, mensaje clave y duración. Esquema claro orienta toda la presentación.

Estructura recomendada

Introducción breve, desarrollo con 3-4 ideas, conclusión y llamada a la acción. Mantén coherencia entre diapositivas.

Diseño y formato

Elige tipografías legibles, colores contrastantes y un fondo neutro. Evita saturar cada diapositiva con texto.

Uso de imágenes

Selecciona imágenes de calidad, relevantes, y evita que dominen el contenido. Complementan ideas y retienen la atención.

Gráficos y datos

Presenta cifras con gráficos simples: barras, líneas o pastel. Añade títulos y etiquetas claras para facilitar la comprensión.
