Tengo cuatro requisitos para nacer y ser válido: un agente capaz, un objeto posible, un fin que sea lícito y, a veces, una forma que la ley me ha prescrito. Si uno de ellos me falta, no tengo valor.

Puedo ser un "sí" en un correo o un contrato firmado con esmero. Pero también puedo nacer de tus acciones, cuando sin hablar, revelas tus intenciones, como subir a un taxi y dar tu dirección.

Hablo y firmo en tu nombre, y los efectos de mis actos recaen sobre ti. Soy tu voz y tu presencia en un negocio, pero la obligación final nunca es para mí.

Nazco cuando un representante se excede en su poder, dejando el acto sin efecto para su representado. Pero si a este último el negocio le conviene, con mi magia, el acto queda validado y saneado.
