El nom o expressió que utilitzem per cridar l'atenció d'una persona a la qual ens dirigim. ex: Sandra, em pots dir quin dia és avui?

Les explicacions o aclariments que fem enmig d'una frase s'escriuen entre comes. ex: El noi, trist i abatut, va reconèixer el seu error.

Els complements que indiquen lloc, temps, manera, causa solen estar delimitats per una coma, sobretot a principi o al mig d'una oració. ex: Abans de començar, deixeu-me que us presenti els músics.
