شيء يظهر عند نهاية بعض الكلمات العربية ويكتب كحرف ء، وهو يَختلف نطقه حسب الحركة قبل الأخير.

يفرق بين القراءة عند وصل الكلام ووقفه

يُكتب أحياناً كـ ء وأحياناً على شكل ألف أو واو حسب النحو

يتواجد في نهاية كلمات مثل جزء و سؤال
