TEORIA DEL DESARROLLO MORAL DE KOHLBERG

Lawrence Kohlberg, psicólogo estadounidense, propuso una teoría que explica cómo evoluciona el juicio moral (la capacidad de diferenciar lo correcto de lo incorrecto) a lo largo de la vida.

Su teoría se basa en dilemas morales y en cómo las personas justifican sus decisiones.

Kohlberg plantea que el desarrollo moral ocurre en 3 niveles y 6 etapas:

🧩 Nivel 1: Moral Preconvencional (infancia)

El juicio moral depende de las consecuencias externas, castigos o recompensas.

🧩 Nivel 2: Moral Convencional (adolescencia)

La persona busca cumplir normas sociales para ser aceptada y mantener el orden.

🧩 Nivel 3: Moral Postconvencional (algunos adultos)

La moral se basa en principios personales y universales.

La moral es la guía que orienta nuestras decisiones para elegir lo correcto. No se trata solo de cumplir reglas, sino de actuar con valores como el respeto, la honestidad y la responsabilidad. Una persona moral reconoce que sus acciones afectan a los demás y decide hacer el bien, aunque nadie la esté observando. Con cada elección construimos no solo nuestro carácter, sino también una mejor convivencia en sociedad.
