مقدمة عن التنفس الخيَاشي

التنفس الخيَاشي هو آلية السمك لاستخراج الأكسجين من الماء. تتحرك الماء عبر فم السمكة إلى الخياشيم لتبادل الغازات.

ما هي الخياشيم؟

الخياشيم هي أعضاء رقيقة تتكوَّن من أشرطة غشائية، وتوجد على جانبي الرأس. تسهِّل مرور الماء وتبادل الغازات مع الدم.

وظيفة الخياشيم في التبادل

تسمح الخياشيم بنقل الأكسجين من الماء إلى الدم وتُخرِج ثاني أكسيد الكربون من الدم إلى الماء. يحدث التبادل عبر سطح واسع.

بنية الخياشيم

تتكوَّن الخياشيم من أغطية خيشومية ورِقَاقات دقيقة تسمح بمرور الماء وتعرُّض الدم لسطوح التبادل. هذه البنية تزيد الكفاءة.

كيفية تدفق الماء

يمر الماء من فم السمكة عبر الخياشيم، ثم يخرج من خلال الشقوق الخلفية. يساعد تدفق الماء المستمر في توفير الأكسجين اللازم.

آلية التبادل الغازي

عند مرور الماء، ينتشر الأكسجين عبر غشائيات الخياشيم إلى الدم، بينما يمر ثاني أكسيد الكربون من الدم إلى الماء ليتخلص الجسم منه.

احتياج السمك للأكسجين

كلما زاد نشاط السمكة، ارتفعت حاجتها للأكسجين. لذا تتكيّف الخياشيم مع زيادة تيار الماء أو زيادة التماس السريع معه.

الأسماك في مياه ذات أكسجين منخفض تطوِّر خياشيم أوسع وأغشية أقوى لزيادة مساحة التبادل وتحسين الكفاءة.

مشاكل شائعة تؤثر على الخياشيم

التلوث والالتهابات قد تقلل من كفاءة الخياشيم، وتؤدي إلى صعوبات في التنفس، مما يُعرِّض السمكة للضغط والإجهاد.
