¡Hola! 🖐 que tal jóvenes del "CAVM". Esta semana revisaremos el tema "FUNCIONAMIENTO Y SELECCIÓN DE UN ASISTENTE VIRTUAL"

Son un software que permite activarse en distintos dispositivos inteligentes que tengan conexión a internet; ya que gran parte del procesamiento y de obtención de la información se realiza en servidores externos al dispositivo.

SELECCIÓN DE UN ASISTENTE VIRTUAL

Dependerá de tu ecosistema, es decir el sistema operativo que tienen tus dispositivos inteligentes y el asistente virtual de tu celular, así como las tareas en que deseas ser asistido.

PARA ELEGIR UN ASISTENTE VIRTUAL

•Determina el uso que le darás.-Por ejemplo: realizar tu lista de mandados mientras limpias, agregar fechas y sincronizar contactos en tu calendario, así como facilitar videollamadas, etc.

•Identifica que ecosistema maneja.- Es decir que tipo de sistema operativo tiene tu celular, computadora, tv o bocinas; la mayoría son multiplataformas, sin embargo existen marcas que tienen un sistema cerrado y no funcionan con otros.

•Evalúa las características.- Que son necesarias para las tareas a desempeñar, si debe contar con altas calidad en el audio, cámara y pantalla.

VERIFICA LA FUNCIONALIDAD DE UN ASISTENTE VIRTUAL

La funcionalidad de cada dispositivo ayuda a facilitar las peticiones y cuidar la seguridad de la información.


•Corrobora que cuente con funciones analíticas.- para generar información que permita optimizar su rendimiento.

•Revisa que el sistema integre lenguaje natural.- para que las conversaciones sean precisas y de calidad.

•Pregunta si cuenta con un sistema de “Machine learning” o “inteligencia artificial”.- que va aprendiendo con cada interacción optimizando la experiencia del usuario y adaptándose a sus necesidades.

•Verifica que cuente con sistema de autentificación multifactor.- es decir que combine mas de 2 contraseñas para garantizar y verificar que sus clientes son los que dicen ser para no dar información confidencial.
