Los puntos cardinales sirven para decir dónde está un lugar.


Inglés =================================  Español


north

=================================  norte

south

=================================   sur

east

=================================   este

west 

=================================  oeste


👉 En inglés SIEMPRE se usa the antes del punto cardinal:


the north → el norte

the south → el sur

the east → el este

the west → el oeste

👉 “the north / south / east / west of + lugar”


Esta es la estructura más importante de la lección:


the + punto cardinal + of + país / lugar


Ejemplos sencillos:


the south of Spain → el sur de España

the north of Germany → el norte de Alemania
