PASSIVE VOICE

ACTIVE VOICE = Subject + VERB + Object

PASSIVE VOICE = (Object of the active voice) + BE + VERB ("ed" / 3rd column)

SUBJECT se refiere a la persona que realiza la accion. (Wild penguins)

VERB es la acciòn (attacked)

OBJECT es aquello sobre lo cual se realiza la accion. (my sister)

En la construcciòn verbal el VERBO TO BE es el encargado de indicar el tiempo PRESENTE O PASADO (AM - IS - ARE - WAS - WERE) 

El VERBO en caso de ser regular tiene la terminación ED y si es irregular se usa la forma participia (3era columna de lista de verbos)

The lion ate the mouse (active voice past verb)

The mouse was eaten by the lion (passive voice past)
