2) Ask the passenger’s name : Can I have your name, please?


3) Ask for his/her destination : Where are you flying to today?


4) Ask for his/her flight number: What’s your flight number, please?


5) Ask to see his/her ticket and passport :Can I see your ticket and passport, please?


6) Ask if he/she wants a window or aisle seat :Would you like a window seat or an aisle seat?


7) Tell him/her his/her seat number then ask if he/she has any luggage : You’re in seat 18C. Are you checking in any luggage?


8) Ask if he/she has any hand luggage : Do you have any hand luggage?


9) Tell him/her the departure gate : You're departing from Gate _______


10) Tell him/her the boarding time then give him/her the boarding card : Boarding starts at _______. Here is your boarding pass.
