El vendedor pone la mercancía a disposición en su establecimiento o lugar acordado, quedando la venta prácticamente a cargo del comprador desde ese punto.

El vendedor entrega la mercancía al transportista o a un agente nombrado por el comprador en el lugar acordado, asumiendo costos y riesgos hasta ese momento.

El vendedor paga el transporte hasta el lugar acordado y asume los costos de flete hasta allí; el riesgo pasa al comprador en la entrega al transportista.

Similar a la escritura anterior, pero además incluye seguro de transporte contratado por el vendedor hasta el destino.
