NEAR FUTUR BUT CONCRET


Time effect: sometimes a very distant future

Certainty: fairly strong, a real and planned action

Real future action, even if the date is far away.


Examples :

  • En 2028, je vais commencer mon année universitaire. 

In 2028, I’m going to start my university year. 

  • L’année prochaine, je vais acheter une maison. 

Next year, I’m going to buy a house.
