Con una regla única, a cada entrada le doy una salida. Si me das la misma entrada, obtendrás la misma salida, y entradas diferentes pueden dar salidas diferentes. No me importa el orden de las cosas, solo la correspondencia entre entrada y salida. ¿Qué soy?
