Soy la longitud base del Sistema Internacional. Sirvo para medir alturas, distancias y cualquier tramo entre dos puntos. No me baso en pasos ni en centímetros aislados; mi forma universal se representa con una barra y mi símbolo es sencillo: una letra pequeña que empieza con 'm'. ¿Quién soy?

Mi símbolo se escribe con una sola letra: 'm'.

En el SI, la unidad base para longitudes es fundamental.

Empiezo con la letra 'm' y soy una unidad de medida.

Soy la longitud base del sistema métrico. Mi símbolo es una letra que aparece en fórmulas y reglas de medida. Si escuchas ‘m’, es probable que me refieras a una cierta distancia en un objeto o camino. ¿Qué unidad soy, que sirve para convertir centímetros, milímetros y kilómetros?

Pistas

1 kilómetro equivale a 1000 de mí; 1 metro equivale a 100 centímetros.

Una de mis abreviaturas es una sola letra: 'm'.
