Somos dos grupos frente a una misma misión: uno aprieta el pulso de la guía, el otro escucha el mapa; a veces las respuestas brotan cuando todos deciden juntos, y a veces pesan las expectativas de las figuras que vigilan. Nuestro reto no es mandar ni obedecer, sino hacer que cada voz sea parte de la ruta. ¿Qué forma de dirigir se teje entre tutores y supervisores que nos acompaña en este proceso?
