Fenómenos de la atmósfera

Los fenómenos de la atmósfera son los cambios o eventos naturales que ocurren en el aire que rodea la Tierra. Estos fenómenos forman parte del clima y del tiempo atmosférico.

1. Lluvia

Ocurre cuando las gotas de agua de las nubes se vuelven pesadas y caen a la Tierra.

Es un tipo de precipitación.

Es importante porque ayuda al ciclo del agua y a la vida de plantas y animales.

2. Viento

Es el movimiento del aire en la atmósfera.

Se produce por cambios de temperatura y presión del aire.

Puede ser suave o muy fuerte, como en tormentas o huracanes.

3. Tormentas

Son fenómenos con lluvia intensa, viento fuerte y relámpagos.

Pueden producir truenos, granizo o fuertes lluvias.

4. Nieve y granizo

Nieve: ocurre cuando el agua de las nubes se congela y cae en forma de copos de hielo.

Granizo: son bolas de hielo que se forman dentro de nubes de tormenta.

5. Arcoíris

Aparece cuando la luz del Sol pasa por gotas de agua en el aire.

La luz se descompone en varios colores, formando el arco de colores.
