It means ''hello'' . We can use it formally speaking to one or more people in a polite way or informally to more than one people.

Καλημέρα! = Good morning!

Καλημέρα όλη μέρα! = Good morning!

Word by word it means ''Good morning all day long''. Actually you say that in order to show enthusiasm and wish sb to have a good morning that lasts '' all day long''.

Πολύ καλημέρα σας! = Good morning to you!

We use it either when speaking in public and wanting to express good morning in a cheerful way or when talking to sb either formally or informally. We can also use it for more than one people. Last but not least, we can use it when we want to impress sb and flirt him/her somehow but not in an obvious way.
