¿Qué tiempo verbal se forma con have/has + participio pasado y se usa para acciones que empezaron en el pasado y siguen afectando el presente?

Se usa a menudo con expresiones como since, for, ya, nunca, ya, o últimamente para indicar duración o relevancia en el presente.

El participio pasado suele terminar en -ed para verbos regulares, y cambia para verbos irregulares.

Se forma con el auxiliar have o has + el participio pasado del verbo.
