Equivale a sumar 3, cuatro veces.

Es una suma repetida del mismo número.

Tengo 7 cajas, en cada caja hay 6 pelotas. ¿Cuántas pelotas hay en total?

Si sumaras 6, siete veces, obtendrías el mismo resultado (6 × 7).

Es multiplicar: número de cajas por objetos en cada caja.

Piensa en cuántos objetos hay en cada grupo y cuántos grupos hay.

Multiplica 7 por 6 para obtener la cantidad total (7 × 6).
