  3. Se usan según la persona y el tiempo.

  • Se usan para describir estados y características.

3. Afirmaciones simples

Ejemplos:

  1. I am a student.
  2. She is happy.
  3. are friends.


Usa la forma adecuada según el sujeto.

4. Negaciones verbo to be

Se agrega el auxiliar not:


I am not (I'm not) tired.

He is not (isn't) ready.

We are not (aren't) late.

Para preguntar:

  1. Am I…?

Responde con

  • Yes, I am.
  • No, I am not.
