You have two money amounts in Ringgit and Sen. Add them by aligning the decimal points and adding from the sen side to the Ringgit side to find the total amount. Values: RM4,567.89 and RM3,432.11. What is the total amount in RM and sen?

Hints

Add the ringgit part plus any carry: 4,567 + 3,432 + 1 = 8,000.00 RM.

Add the sen (hundredth) place first: 89 + 11 = 100, carry 1 to the ringgit, and write 00 sen.

Align the numbers by the decimal point (sen is the hundredth place).
