مقدمة عامة

في هذا الدرس، نُعرّف بنهج القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية وكيفية فهم النصوص وتوظيفها في الحياة اليومية.

مفهوم الوحي والقراءة

الوحي الله تكلم بالقرآن مع البشر، وصدرت السنة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم. القراءة الصحيحة تبدأ بفهم اللغة العربية والسياق التاريخي.

تفسير القرآن ابتدائنا

التفسير يعالج المعنى الظاهر ثم يتدرج إلى المعنى الباطن بالتدبر، مع مراعاة لسان العرب ومقاصد الشريعة.

أدوات التفسير

التفسير بالمأثور، التفسير بالقياس، تفسير القرآن بالقرآن، وبالسنة الصحيحة التي تبين الغموض وتشرح القيود.

دور السنة في التفسير

السنة توضّح أخطاء التفسير وتبين مقاصد القرآن وتُبيّن آداب التطبيق في الواقع.

مصادر التشريع

مصادر التشريع الأساسية: القرآن، السنة، الإجماع، القياس. هذه المصادر تتكامل لا تُناقض بعضها بعضاً.

نستخلص الأحكام من النصوص مع مراعاة قواعد اللغة والسياق والهدف الشرعي، ثم نضعها في حياتنا اليومية.

السنة القولية والفعليّة والتقريرية. كل قسم يوضح كيف تتصل بالسياق القرآني وتُبيّن الأحكام.

مثال: فهم الآيات المحذوفة وكيفية تطبيقها في أخلاق الفرد وعلاقات المجتمع وفق السنة.
