ضع في ذهنك سيناريو لإسعاف شخص من الناحية العملية: ما هي الخطوات الصحيحة التي تبدأ بالسلامة ثم التقييم ثم الاتصال بالنجدة وأخيراً فتح مجرى الهواء؟ اختر الترتيب الصحيح من القائمة التالية وتكوّن الإجابة: 1) تأكيد سلامة المكان 2) فحص الاستجابة 3) الاتصال بالطوارئ 999 4) رفع الرأس وفتح مجرى الهواء.

استخدم وضعية رفع الرأس وفتح مجرى الهواء فقط إذا كان ذلك ضرورياً للمساعدة في التنفس.

إن لم يكن هناك استجابة، اتصل بالطوارئ فوراً قبل أي خطوة أخرى.

افحص استجابة المصاب لتحديد إذا كان هناك وعي ورد فعل.

ابدأ دائماً بالسلامة المحيطة بالمصاب قبل أي إجراء.
