Si tengo mucho y quiero compartir, en partes iguales lo debo repartir. No es sumar ni restar, tampoco multiplicar… ¿qué operación debo usar?

En esta operación no estoy solo, somos cuatro trabajando en equipo. Uno se reparte, otro indica entre cuántos, otro dice cuánto toca… y a veces queda un pedacito. ¿De qué estamos hablando?

Cuando todo intentas repartir y ya no puedes continuar, hay algo pequeño que queda y no se logra acomodar. ¿Qué es?

Soy el resultado final después de dividir con cuidado, digo cuánto le toca a cada uno cuando todo ha sido repartido.
