Uso y ejemplos clave

by Silvina Rojas
1

2

Estructura básica

Sujeto + had + participio pasado. Ejemplos: She had finished before he called.

3

4

Ejemplo 1

I had eaten by the time you arrived. Ya había comido cuando llegaste.

5

Ejemplo 2

They had left when we reached the station.

6

Conectores útiles

Usa palabras como by the time, before, already (ya), yet no aplica al pasado perfecto, se usa en presente perfecto.

7

8

Forma negativa

Sujeto + had not (hadn’t) + participio. Ej.: She hadn’t finished the report when the meeting started.

9

Forma interrogativa

Had + sujeto + participio? P.ej.: Had you seen that movie before?

10
