مقدمة عن الزكاة

الزكاة ركن من أركان الإسلام، تُخرج فقيرًا أو محتاجًا من أموال المسلم. هدفها توزيع الثروة وتحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية في المجتمع.

من هم المستحقون؟

أصناف زكاة المسلم تشمل: الفقراء، المساكين، العاملين عليها، المؤلفة قلوبهم، الرقاب، الغارمين، في سبيل الله، وابن السبيل.

شروط الزكاة

أن يكون المال مالًا مكتسبًا، يبلغ النصاب، مضى عليه الحول، والمالك يملك المال بشكل كامل ومحلل للنفع.

مقدار الزكاة

تُحسب الزكاة عادة بنسبة 2.5% من المال المدخر إذا بلغ النصاب ومر عليه الحول، وتُخرج إلى المستحقين.

ما هو النصاب؟

النصاب يختلف حسب نوع المال: ذهب وفضة، نقد نقدي، أموال التجارة، وبعض الممتلكات الاستثمارية تُحسب بنِسب خاصة.

مثال بسيط

إذا كان لديك 2000 وحدة من المال النقدي، فالزكاة المستحقة 2.5% تساوي 50 وحدة تُعطى للمحتاجين وفق الشريعة.

الزكاة والصدقة

الزكاة فرض مفروض على المال، أما الصدقة فهي اختيارية وتزيد من تقوى الشخص وتقوي المجتمع.

كيف تؤدي الزكاة؟

تحسب الزكاة أولاً ثم تُخرج بنية خالصة، وتوزّع على الأصناف المستحقة، وتُسجل لتوثيق الأداء والمسؤولية.

فوائد الزكاة

تعزز التكافل الاجتماعي، تقلل الفقر، وتطهر المال، وتؤدي إلى رضا الله وتوثيق الروابط بين الناس.
