El cuerpo humano es una máquina increíble. Podemos caminar, correr y sonreír gracias a sus partes y sistemas.

La cabeza

En la cabeza viven el cerebro, los ojos, las orejas, la nariz y la boca, herramientas para sentir y pensar.

El tronco

El tronco contiene el corazón, los pulmones y el estómago. Protegen, circulan y digieren para darnos energía cada día.

Los huesos

Los huesos forman el esqueleto. Nos dan estructura, nos protegen y trabajan con los músculos para movernos.

Los músculos

Los músculos se contraen para mover el cuerpo. Necesitan descanso y buena alimentación para crecer fuertes cada día.

La sangre

La sangre lleva oxígeno y nutrientes a todas las partes del cuerpo. El corazón late para moverla por las venas y arterias.

Los sentidos

Tenemos cinco sentidos: ver, oír, oler, gustar y tocar. Nos ayudan a explorar y disfrutar el mundo.

La piel es el órgano más grande. Protege, regula la temperatura y nos ayuda a sentir calor, frío y dolor.
