El bullying es un uso repetido de la violencia o la humillación para dañar a alguien. Puede ser verbal, físico o digital. Afecta la autoestima y la seguridad.

2. Impactos en la víctima

Las víctimas pueden sentirse tristes, ansiosas o aisladas. Dificultan su rendimiento escolar y pueden perder interés en actividades que antes disfrutaban.

3. Impactos en la clase

El bullying genera miedo entre los compañeros, reduce la convivencia, distrae a todos y dificulta aprender en un ambiente seguro.

4. Señales de alerta

Cambios de ánimo, aislamiento social, lesiones inexplicables, miedo a asistir a la escuela o a usar dispositivos electrónicos.

5. Roles en el bullying

Existen agresor, víctima, cómplice, observador y defensor. Todos influyen en la dinámica y deben ser apoyados para solucionarla.

6. Normas y clima escolar

Establecer reglas claras, empatía, respeto y convivencia. Crear espacios seguros para reportar sin miedo a represalias.

Habla con la persona afectada, busca ayuda de un adulto de confianza y registra lo ocurrido con calma y respeto.

Escúchala, valida sus sentimientos, acompáñala a buscar ayuda y evita difundir rumores o tomar represalias.

Maestros, orientadores, personal de la escuela y familias pueden colaborar. Líneas de ayuda y campañas de prevención fortalecen la respuesta comunitaria.

Reflexionemos: ¿qué aprendimos hoy? Comprometámonos a defender a quienes son golpeados, a usar la empatía y a reportar situaciones.
