  • Ask at least three questions to get to know the other person.
  • Try to find something you have in common.

Situation

You are getting coffee during the break. You notice someone standing alone.

Your task

  • Start a conversation naturally.
  • Ask about their job.
  • Talk about today's presentations.
  • Recommend one session you've enjoyed.
  • Exchange contact details before leaving.

You can't decide which workshop to attend next.

Your task

  • Ask another participant for advice.
  • Explain your interests.
