1. Purpose and Benefits

Purpose: customize a tray to fit your teeth for even whitening. Benefits: targeted gel delivery, reduced gum exposure, comfortable fit, predictable results.

2. Proper Insertion (1/2)

Rinse the tray and dry teeth. Apply enough gel to each tooth compartment without overflowing. Seat gently over teeth and bite light to settle the tray.

Check for comfort and fit. If gel oozes onto gums, remove and wipe. Do not force tray onto misaligned teeth.

4. Gel Amount Per Tooth

Use the recommended grain of rice size per tooth compartment. Avoid overfilling to prevent gel contact with gums and sensitivity.

5. Wear Time & Frequency

Wear as prescribed: typically 15–60 minutes per session. Use daily or as directed by your clinician until whitening goals are met.

Rinse tray with cool water, brush gently with a soft brush, and soap if needed. Avoid hot water which can warp the tray.
