Slide 1: Pengantar Glikolisis

Glikolisis adalah jalur metabolik glukosa menjadi pyruvate. Terjadi di sitosol, berlangsung cepat, menghasilkan ATP dan NADH untuk kebutuhan sel.

Slide 2: Fase 1 – Investasi Energi

Pada fase awal, dua ATP diperlukan untuk menambahkan gugus fosfat. Enzim-enzim membantu konversi glukosa menjadi difer saling antara isomerisasi.

Slide 3: Fase 1 – Split Glukosa

Glukosa dipecah menjadi dua molekul gula tiga-karbon. Secara bertahap menghasilkan intermediate yang siap dimanfaatkan untuk fase berikutnya.

Fase berikutnya menghasilkan ATP melalui fosforilasi tingkat-gedung dan membentuk NADH sebagai pembawa elektron.
