1. ما هو نظام التشغيل؟

نظام التشغيل هو واجهة بين المستخدم والمكوّنات المادية والبرامج. يوفر بيئة ليتفاعل المستخدم مع الحاسوب ويشغّل البرامج المختلفة.

2. الوظائف الأساسية

يؤمّن واجهة المستخدم، يدير المكونات Hardware، ويشغّل البرامج ويوفّر حماية وأمان البيانات.

3. حواسيب شخصية

أمثلة: Windows، MacOS، وتوزيعات Linux، تشغّل التطبيقات المكتبية والمتوسطة والمتقدمة.

4. الأجهزة المحمولة

الأجهزة الذكية مثل الهواتف والأجهزة اللوحية، وتستخدم أنظمة مثل iOS وAndroid وغيرها من الأنظمة.

5. الخوادم

الخوادم تستخدم أنظمة تشغيل مثل Linux وWindows Server لإدارة الشبكات والموارد والخدمات.

6. أجهزة الألعاب

أكواب الألعاب مثل PlayStation وXbox وNintendo Switch تمتلك أنظمة مخصصة للألعاب وتطبيقات الوسائط.

السيارات الحديثة تحتوي على أنظمة تحكّم صناعية ومجمّعات لإنشاء وظائف مثل الملاحة وتوجيه السائق.
