La entrevista correctiva es una conversación formal y respetuosa que un profesional realiza a otro compañero o colaborador cuando ha hecho algo de forma no deseada, con el fin de corregir, mejorar y prevenir que se repita. Se basa en el dialogo, la confianza y el respeto.
