مرحلة تمهيدية عن الجهاز التنفسي: كيف نستنشِق الهواء ونستخدمه لإنتاج الطاقة في أجسامنا؟ سنتعرّف على الأعضاء والوظائف الأساسية.

Slide 2: أعضاء الجهاز التنفسي

أعضاء الجهاز التنفسي: الأنف، الحلق، الحنجرة، القصبة الهوائية، الرئتان، الحويصلات الهوائية، إضافةً إلى الحجاب الحاجز كعضلة مهمة.

Slide 3: وظيفة التنفس

التنفس يتضمن الشهيق والزفير. يحصل تبادل غازات: الأكسجين يدخل الدم، ونَفَس ثاني أكسيد الكربون يُطرَح خارجاً.

Slide 4: كيف يعمل الجهاز التنفسي

التنفس يربط بين الجهاز التنفسي والدورة الدموية. الأكسجين يصل إلى الخلايا، وغاز ثاني أكسيد الكربون يعود إلى الرئتين ليخرج.

الحجاب الحاجز وصفه كعضلة كبيرة تفصل التجويفين الصدري والبطني. عند الانقباض، يزداد حجم الصدر ويحدث الشهيق.

احرص على التنفّس من الأنف، وتجنب التعرض للغبار والدخان. نظّف البيئات مكان النوم والهواء جيد التهوية.

تنظيم التنفّس يحسن التركيز، يعطي الجسم الأكسجين الكافي لإنتاج الطاقة، ويقلل من التعب أثناء الأنشطة اليومية.

ممارسة التمارين التنفّسية، شرب ماء كافٍ، والحفاظ على نشاط جسدي منتظم يساعد الرئتين والصحة العامة.

نشاط قصير: انفخ بالهواء ثم الزفير ببطء مع عد حتى أربعة. كرر عدة مرات لتقوية عضلات التنفّس.
