Introducción

En Argentina, el Estado se organiza en tres poderes: Ejecutivo, Legislativo y Judicial. Esta estructura se aplica a nivel nacional y también en cada provincia, con variantes locales.

Poder Ejecutivo Nacional

El Presidente encabeza el Poder Ejecutivo, acompañado del Vicepresidente y ministros. Su mandato, funciones y responsabilidad se definen en la Constitución Nacional.

Poder Ejecutivo Provincial

Cada provincia tiene un gobernador y un gabinete. Sus facultades incluyen administración, seguridad y ejecución de leyes provinciales, respetando la Constitución Provincial y Nacional.

Poder Legislativo Nacional

El Congreso de la Nación es bicameral: Senado y Cámara de Diputados. Sus funciones: hacer leyes, controlar al ejecutivo y aprobar presupuestos.

Poder Legislativo Provincial

Las provincias tienen sus propias legislaturas: cámaras unicamerales o bicamerales, que crean leyes, supervisan al gobierno provincial y manejan recursos locales.

Poder Judicial Nacional

La Corte Suprema y tribunales interpretan leyes, resuelven disputas y protegen derechos. Sus magistrados son nombrados conforme a la Constitución y criterios legales.

Las provincias disponen de cortes y tribunales propios. Garantizan justicia local, con autonomía para interpretar leyes provinciales y resolver conflictos.

Controles y Equilibrios

Controles entre poderes incluyen vetos, impugnaciones, juicios políticos y revisión judicial. El sistema busca evitar abusos y proteger derechos.

Relaciones Nacional-Provinciales

Las provincias negocian autonomía y recursos con el gobierno nacional. Las leyes marco y la distribución de competencias coordinan políticas públicas.
