La dignidad de los seres humanos se basa en el reconocimiento de que todas las personas son valiosas porque tienen conciencia, capacidad de razonar y de tomar decisiones libremente. Por ello, merecen ser tratados con respeto.

La dignidad como base de los derechos humanos.

  • Los derechos humanos son beneficios y acuerdos que nos protegen a todas los seres humanos solo por el hecho de ser personas, y estos se desarrollan tomando como base la dignidad humana, respetando género, raza, religión, cultura, etc.
  • A continuación visualiza el siguiente video de Candi Castleberry, activista y fundadora de "La campaña de dignidad y respeto", movimiento que ha tomado fuerza a nivel internacional los últimos años, luchando por la inclusión e igualdad en el mundo.
