Citizen participation
Citizenship
requires the individual, as an inhabitant of the city (as the root of the word
says), who fulfils his duties, and who, as an individual of action, carries out
his tasks for his good and also for the development of the community in which
he lives , as the problems of the city should be a concern of all citizens.
Citizenship
is exercised by the people, groups and institutions that, through training,
i.e. through the power they have to perform the tasks without the need of
authorization or permission of someone.
Citizen
actions should cause changes that lead to evolve and strengthen, participating
in communities, social policies and NGOS (non-governmental organizations)
actively through volunteering, where actions are carried out Solidarity for the
good of the population excluded from the conditions of citizenship.
