Explicación

Fíjate en la persona gramatical y en su papel en la historia.

Recuerda que la intención del texto narrativo es explicar una historia con voluntad estética.

Los textos narrativos intercalan de forma habitual fragmentos de acción y narración con otros descriptivos y dialógicos.

El pretérito perfecto simple y el presente, con si variante de presente histórico, son los tiempos verbales más comunes en la narración.

Para analizar el léxico de un fragmento textual es mejor hacerlo por párrafos para poder prestar mejor atención al vocabulario empleado.

El orden temporal en el que se plantean los sucesos de la narración determina el tipo de estructura.

El texto se centra en una casa que poco a poco es ocupada por una presencia desconocida.
