About this activity

La homeostasis es posible gracias a los múltiples ajustes dinámicos del equilibrio
y los mecanismos de autorregulación, que sirven para mantener la
estabilidad del medio interno en los sistemas vivos. Así, el
mecanismo que acelera el corazón durante el ejercicio y
asegura asimismo a las células el suministro de oxígeno,
actualmente se le considera como un mecanismo
homeostático y por tanto, de la composición
bioquímica de los líquidos, células y tejidos,
para mantener la vida, siendo ésta la base
de la fisiología.
