CONCLUSION

concluyendo que debemos ser capacez cuando estamos sometidos a un reto ya que cada persona tiene el control de su trabajo, solo hay que entender la meta 

tener en cuenta las fortalezas grupales es necesario para tener un buen resultad.

tenemos la actitud, inteligencia,  disciplina

tambien tenemos que tener en cuenta debilidades en este caso no logramos la total comunicacion, hay flojera...

 una de mis propuestas es que si hay dudas las hagamos saber en el momento y que con ayuda de todos las resolvamos.
