Explicación

Dentro del paradigma del PROTAGONISMO INFANTIL, el niño es considerado sujeto de derechos (derechos de protección, provisión, participación, prevención)

no hay participación protagónica pero si puede opinar y conocer sus derechos.

es asimétrica puesto que aun el niño a comparación del adulto sigue siendo pasivo y pero existe un mayor respeto por los derechos del niño que del paradigma del control social.
