37. Los órganos de las organizaciones internacionales
a) Siempre deben poseer carácter permanente para que la organización pueda considerarse sujeto de Derecho
Internacional.
b) Implícitamente siempre disponen de la capacidad de crear a su vez cuantos órganos subsidiarios consideren
necesarios para cumplir con los fines de la organización.
c) Representan siempre los intereses de los Estados miembros que en cada caso formen parte del citado
órgano.
