Explicación

Una cuerda es un segmento que conecta dos puntos en la circunferencia. El radio une el centro con un punto, el diámetro es una cuerda especial que pasa por el centro, y la tangente toca un solo punto.

Una línea tangente es aquella que toca la circunferencia en un solo punto. Una secante la corta en dos puntos, una cuerda es un segmento dentro de la circunferencia, y un radio es un segmento desde el centro.
